  Once I have an understanding of your criteria, I will target a search to find a home for you in the least amount of time. This search will prevent you from wasting time and effort previewing homes that do not fit your desires.
  
• Prepare and Negotiate Offers
  I will work to prepare an offer to purchase which positions you as the seller's most desirable prospective buyer, while I take extreme care to protect your assets and interests.
  
• Oversee the Contract Process
  The contract process can be very complex. It will be my responsibility to oversee the applications and inspections which must take place as written in your contract. It is my intention to take care of these details early in the process and minimize any and all potential challenges.
